Safety is an overriding priority for a worker. His motivation is to earn safely to maintain his livelihood. survival and avoidance of pain is a basic instinct for all. Some people may say that safety isn’t important for them, but when they get hurt, they start thinking differently.
Safety does not just happen. You cannot overlook a safety problem. If you do, the results could be disastrous. This is why a right advice is required at the right time during planning and execution of the work to ensure that the job is completed safely.
