Solution

Customized 6 Universal eLearning Modules

Challenge

  • Traditional In-Person Training Sessions
  • Limited Attention Span
  • Relied on Classroom Sessions

Digitizing the bulk of their training methods, which comprehensively cover the subject, and overseeing comprehensive insights on the progress of the learners.

Traditional in-person training sessions for personnel became unfeasible in light of restrictions on gatherings and the necessity for safe distancing measures. The organization’s primary method of imparting training had previously relied on classroom sessions utilizing PowerPoint presentations. To adapt swiftly to the evolving circumstances, the immediate solution entailed implementing online learning methodologies within their existing framework.

Directed by the Head of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) overseeing operations at the unit, there was a clear directive to introduce training modules encompassing five critical topics: Work at Height Standard (Fall Prevention), Confined Space Entry, Electrical Safety, LOTOTO (Lockout Tagout), and Machine Guarding, alongside Defensive Driving practices.

This proactive approach aimed to ensure the continuous education and preparedness of personnel in critical safety protocols despite the challenges posed by current circumstances.
