Our ESG Data Management system is geared towards easy ESG data collection, its robust management and effective performance tracking. This is achieved by facilitating collaboration across multiple functional teams to define KPIs, standardize & centralize site-level data collection, integrate data verification workflow and automate consolidation of KPI organization-wide to provide real-time visibility to the stakeholders empowering to track and analyze your ESG commitments such as GHG Scope 1 & Scope 2 emissions and more, thereby, fostering data-driven discussions, decisions and actions.


Configure ESG Parameters / KPIs

The system facilitates configuration of all the ESG data points that you wish to capture in order to meet your ESG compliance and organizational commitments. The configuration includes:

  • Categorize data points with reporting principles/pillars. Example: Empowering our team, Preserving the environment, Inspiring trust, Unlocking new possibilities
  • ESG data point/KPI name with Unit of Measurement and Reporting Frequency
  • Define whether submission of evidence is required for KPI
  • Location-wise applicability of KPIs

Collect ESG Data

The system facilitates configuration of all the ESG data points that you wish to capture in order to meet your ESG compliance and organizational commitments. The configuration includes:

  • Periodic entry of location-specific ESG data by the responsible team in a very user-friendly and optimized format
  • Upload evidence documents for the required KPIs
  • Auto-calculate KPIs
  • Example: Based on Man Hours and No. of Lost Time Injury data entered, the Lost Time Injury Frequency Rate (LTIFR) is auto-calculated

  • Auto-capture data from the automated or integrated module(s) to avoid data re-entry

  • Automated module example: Incident Management module from our EHS Management suite is also taken, then the incident/injury related KPIs shall be auto-captured based on the incidents reported

  • Integrated module: Our system can integrate with other 3rd party software to capture certain KPIs directly from them

  • Auto-save functionality at predefined interval (say every 5 or 10 minutes) to avoid loss of entered data

  • Validations/Warnings when all the required data is not entered

  • Provision to add KPI-specific remarks, if needed

Engage Cross-Functional Teams

The system empowers you to collaborate with the various involved functional teams (EHS, HR, CSR, SCM and more) and assign them the ownership of periodic data entry for their functions on the same platform. This includes:

  • Functional team-wise data entry
  • Escalation email to respective function heads when periodic data not submitted by a predefined cut-off period

Verify Reported ESG Data

The approval workflow can be integrated within the system to ensure that the entered data is validated before making it visible to the concerned stakeholders. This includes:

  • Multi-tiered review of the entered ESG data by the relevant authorities
  • Take suitable review actions – Approve or Make/Suggest Corrections
  • Automated email notifications and reminders to relevant authorities for pending reviews

Track ESG Data

The system equips you to track in real-time whether the periodic location-wise ESG data submissions are done or not and to monitor the status of the approvals that are needed with regards to the verification of the submitted data. The highlight features are: -generated audit trail for the approval workflow
