Our client had an internal document portal, and critical EHS process workflows, such as incident reporting and site inspections, were being manually tracked via Excel. Our client had already taken steps by developing their internal document portal for EHS management. However, key operations such as incident reporting and site inspections were still being tracked in Excel spreadsheets. This led to challenges in accessing consolidated data, as information remained scattered across files, sites and departments.
Without a centralized dashboard, generating real-time insights or comparative MIS reports across multiple sites became difficult. While their portal served basic functions, it lacked the flexibility to integrate training records, ESG metrics, and detailed inspection workflows in a cohesive manner.

We partnered with the client to deploy a customized EHS Management Software Suite (Web & Mobile App), integrating their existing data and streamlining operations across all their sites in India.

Within just three months, we deployed a modular EHS Management Software, designed to meet their exact requirements. We also retrieved and migrated data from their legacy system, ensuring that no historical insights were lost. From there, we built a seamlessly integrated platform that tracks incident reports, site inspections, training records, and ESG inputs in real-time.
Each site was granted specific access controls, providing managers with the autonomy they needed, while central dashboards offered leadership a clear and unified view. We also tailored the system with custom forms, intuitive reporting layouts, and one-click PDF export options to simplify reporting and compliance. The solution enabled field teams to log incidents, perform inspections, and access checklists directly from remote sites, even with limited connectivity via the mobile application. The mobile-first approach empowered on-the-ground personnel to act more quickly and accurately.
The deployment was completed in just 3 months with active participation from their EHS and operations teams. Today, the solution has been in use for over 3 years, evolving continuously with client-specific updates and on-the-go enhancements powered by mobile usability.
